New Here
It is difficult for me to take my meds on time, but really hard to take the Xanax as needed. Now, I know everyone here might not agree with my Rx, but I almost never take it. It gets to point where I cannot function.
Well, tonight, I realized my anxiety, "put on my big girl panties", and took my meds like I am supposed to! I am hopeful that I can continue to use it as needed, as a tool and not a crutch.
So, today marks 3 days of taking my regular meds on time, and one instance of taking the Xanax as prescribed.
And, to top it all off, I scheduled an appt with my psych for a med check/ disability paperwork.
I'm pretty sure that a lot of us struggle with compliance, denial, etc, so I thought I'd share my victory. :)
