Mental Vs Physical Panic Attacks

I've been having panic attacks for about 5 years. Mine are mostly mental. The fear is there and I vomit and sometimes shake, but it's a fear of going crazy not dying. Through therapy and other techniques I've been able to overcome those attacks.

Except now I'm getting the physical attacks. I spent the other night in hospital because I thought there was something wrong with my heart. I thought I was so much better and all of a sudden I am having constant panic attacks and getting really stressed when I leave the house.
This has happened in nearly a year. I can't go back to the place I used to be where I couldn't leave my room and had panic attack after panic attack.

Any ideas??

Oh and I am also now sweating really badly, getting really hot and getting tingling in both of my hands. Anyone else experience these symptoms?

I've had many of those symptoms. I get tingly hands when I'm hyperventilating. Might be a stupid question but have you been seeing a therapist or on medications? There are options to help you calm the symptoms while you work on the problems.[DOUBLEPOST=1399086001,1399085935][/DOUBLEPOST]You should also rule out any medical issue like hyperthyroid.

I've had pretty much had everything tested and everything is fine. I'm on medication, which I hate and wish I could get off, and I see a therapist too. I was going incredibly well until recently when the more physical side of the panic attacks started. I don't hyperventilate, but everything aches or had random pains running through it. Feel like I've run a marathon
