New Here
Bonjour! I am new to this site, so Im not so sure about what to expect.
I was diagnosed with PTSD in 1996 stemming from an incident in 1987..I was stationed in Hawaii in 96, and all I can remember is walking into my commanders desk and literally hitting the floor...woke up 3 days later in the Psych Ward. I was medically retired with full Military Benefits and am a 100% Disabled American Veteran..I joined the Air Force in 1986, so my PTSD is service connected. I was a medic on active duty, and still working as a paramedic in the civilian life, not sure how much longer I can keep doing that job.
I am divorced after 15 years of marriage and have 3 gorgeous kiddos, Matt (22), Ashley(20) and my baby Mariah (17). Im an Air Force brat, so I grew up all over the world. When my Dad finally retired, he was stationed @ McDill AFB, FL...so I call FL my official home...I live in Orlando, about 50 miles away from my parents. I have 1 Sister and 1 Brother. Out of the 3 of us, our parents have 12 Grandbabies!
I take alot of meds, and would like to hear some thoughts about how I can get off Clonozepam safely..Ive been on it since 97...Hope to hear from some of real soon! Au revior! MK
