Hey guys, I stumbled upon an explanation for our mood swings by accident this morning. I was listening to a Ted talk, and the neuroscientist was saying how mood swings are common across all kinds of clinical disorders because the part of your brain that reasons and rationalises is negatively effected and so you become so much more reactive. She related the experience to how you felt when you were a teenager - intense emotions and passions without the reasoning or balance - felt like they both related quite well to each other lol!
