Hi guys,

So, this might sound odd, but my best friend told me today that I was repeatedly saying things under my breath in class. I had thought I was completely silent during class, but honestly, I don't remember a lot of what happened during the class discussion. She told me that I kept saying things quietly and she was getting scared for me because I seemed disoriented.

I was just wondering if this is something you all have experienced as part of dissociation or if this is related to something other than PTSD. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Thank you in advance for your time!

This happens to me quite frequently. Usually I am saying things to reason with my thoughts, or commenting to myself about things/people around me. My coworkers are used to it, thankfully. Still feel crazy sometimes though, especially when someone asks me what I just said and I have no idea
