I know exactly what you mean Darren s I have been off work because my boss kicked off a huge emotional flashback which has increased the dissociation by humiliating me in a meeting of my peers. I am back to work on Monday and am dreading it. I usually end up slamming my fist in a wall when it gets too much but I don't recommend it!

I'm sorry you are going through so much Santa_Laurie, it just doesn't seem fair does it?
My son also has ptsd and doesn't go out very much either :( None of this is easy but I can't help but think how lucky I am that I found this forum.

DarrenS, I do understand how awful it gets and I'm glad you are still hanging in there! My therapist told me the good news is people with ptsd can and do get better.
