I look at your little kitten in your avatar and I feel so sad for you @Medic72. I feel tears in my eyes and such a sadness for your pain at this time.

I am really deeply sorry for your loss of your husband to suicide. No one should have to live through the suicide of someone they have in their lives.

There is a lot of really good advice in this thread, but I don't know what you need to do. I hope you work out something that cares for yourself.

I wish a ton of Self Care and Self Compassion. Really be kind to yourself - it is a terrible shock.

I'm sorry for your loss. It is a difficult situation to be in.

Do you have anyone you can stay with for now or have them come over? For example friends? Is it possible if you can get some therapy to help with situation. Please keep us informed on how you're doing because people here are very kind. My prayers and condolences are with you. :hug:s

Truly an awful thing to happen, and I'm really sorry it did happen, but please don't blame yourself for this, it is not your fault. It really isn't.

I'm glad you are with family and not alone, grief counseling and similar would definitely be useful.
