This is the one I've been using at work for the past couple of weeks....its honestly kept me going and said many, many times in the day. It keeps me focused on what I'm able to do, rather than what I ' think' I can't continue to do.

I used to try to use the "right"/"wrong" analogies for things, but that doesn't feel good to my nervous system, especially after a lifetime of being made to feel "wrong" in every way, I have to recognize and call things what they actually are and go from there.
