My Supervisor Makes Me Anxious

Work is going alright! Thanks. It's the anticipation of doom that really makes me anxious, but I'm feeling pretty good today.

Aye! it's the same with me, it's just the thought of going out that scares me, then when I get there, it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I'm still feeling a bit down just now, I think it's the increase of my heart pills that are affecting me?

It's usually not as bad as I envision in my mind. How are you feeling today? I hope you're feeling at least a little better.

I'm doing better today, thanks for asking, I took one of my knock out pills last night, and it allowed me to get a decent sleep, for a change.

I even went out today, and went to a few different stores, as I needed to buy some food etc. Also bought a massive big bag of bird seed, only cost £3.99, but had to get a member of staff to take it to my car, too heavy for me?

I was very proud of myself for not having an anxiety attack, but I did my usual, get in there, select what I need and get straight back out again.

Now that the chores are done take some time for Gadgie and enjoy.
I have to go out now. Long drive. Deal with people. Leaving my comfort zone.

Ah! Cheers for that GrayOwl, I actually finished working when I was fifty, as up until then I had been in the ambulance service for seven years, but was invalided out due to my back injury, and the physiological problems they had caused me to have?

Yea! the birds thank me by using my car as a toilet, in fact they never miss a window or a panel?
