Sometimes when we don't reach out is when we need it the most. I commend you for taking the risk. I really appreciate the ability to remain anonimous on such a forum. Continue practicing self care and eventually things do get better. Depression can feel so heavy that even the things that help us feel better can feel cumbersome. Hang in there, there's lots of support here!
 
@UniqueSunflower Thank you... It really does feel heavy and thick at times. It's becoming more and more difficult for me to look at my past. I have been attempting to open those doors to let in the light, but it often means being triggered or sent into a very depressed state...like crawling through and drowning in molasses...it creates a suction around your body and mind...I have yet to find something that can pull me out.

I'll bring it up with my therapist I guess.

me too, friend. i get this frequently and i can never tell if something's wrong with my body (have had diagnosed gi issues in the past, a handful of food sensitivities etc) or if it's all in my mind :( emetephobia is the worst. my stomach keeps finding new sensations to throw at me.
