Well I have not heard back from my daughter so I am guessing that she got turned down and went home exhausted and just crashed with being tired and sick. I guess I will have to wait until she recovers enough to get back to me. I was so hoping for a positive response. Thanks again everyone for your input and support.

@gizmo Chances are she wouldn't know. Sometimes the Judge will say he will grant it because the medical evidence is so clear but generally will not indicate a denial at the hearing because he has to write a legal reason for the denial. The Judge will write a very detailed paper describing why he/she decided as they did. It will come in the mail. Depending on the caseload for that office, this could take a while.

@gizmo if decision comes back and she's denied. I would suggest to her about getting a disability Atty to handle appeal.

I give your daughter major props for tackling this on her own. I think getting an Atty to handle all paperwork would take a lot of stress off of her.

I got Atty from start, they did everything. It was a huge help.
