Need Perspective Of An Unpleasant Situation...

My unsolicited (well, the post is on the forum...) opinion:

It is impossible to gather whether your friend's email is fair, completely over the top or a study in understatement as it is completely impossible to know what led up to this exchange from her perspective. There is simply no information / background, apart from what has been happening in your life. And all of that is valid, but the impact on others has to be seen from their perspective, and the battles they have been dealing with in relation to you and the rest of the world.

Thought I'd give a quick update .
I found and recommended a couple of really good (full time ) replacement professionals , to take over my project. My advise came through and the project is now in the hands of a full time , extremely fast & competent person and he started today.
So professional wise - no damage is done - and things has in fact improved. The replacement will takeover the legal responsibility in terms of covering the drawings with his lisence & insurance.

I realize now reading emails from the engineer , that keeping up with a team of full time interior designers, several engineers & surveyors after working 50h elsewhere, was crazy unrealistic high expectation for even a "normal" functional person.

Accepting I have to slow down has been a big wake up call, but I feel free & the "drama" is over (work wise at least). I even got a "thank you " email for resolving matter.

It is so hard having a condition that has so much stigma (generally) also it is so so hard for those that don't have ptsd to really understand what we are experiencing and this is not their fault. Still hurts us on a whole-nother level though when negative comments come our way about our character. I missed whether or not you told this "friend" about your condition prior to this incidence. That would make a huge difference
