Sufferer New from the PacNW

New Here
I just stumbled upon this site while looking for narcissistic spouse forum support. She's the grandiose variety. Dx'd by me with DSM-V, I can validate 5 of the 8 criteria for that diagnosis. On top of that, she is certainly malignant, though that is clinically proven, but not in this version of the DSM. I just turned 70, and I'm comfortably retired. I'm not going anywhere yet because this is all I know, and I'm not going to be a homeless vet due to divorce. My PTSD score after 36 years with her is at 45 through clinical testing. She is classically narcissistic, following the path with all the proven traits as she owns them proudly, and I'm the everyday problem.

Here, I hope to learn PTSD coping tips and help the community.

Welcome, sounds like you are in a tough situation. I hope you find this place forum. People give honest feedback here and the best tip I can give you is to take what helps you and let the rest slide. I'm originally from the PNW and miss it.
