Thank you everyone, I'm glad to meet you all. It's nice to know that I have found a great support place.
Thank you for the info Debbie on the other site I will definitely check it out.

As for me after being on the waiting list for months with Westcasa I got the call yesterday that they now have a place available for me. I have my first session on Monday. Hopefully it all goes well but I will say it's made me a bit nervous. I was so relieved when they called but then as soon as I got off the phone I started to panic. I know this is the right move but it is still a tad scary. It's a big thing to be talking about it again and I've only adjusted to the idea of talking about it on here. Fingers crossed I click well with the counselor so I can work on all these PTSD symptoms and start feeling better.
