I can hear the comments, of another forum member, ...here, ringing through my head as I read your intro. posts. This being: There is no constructive way over, around or underneath this sh't, or our trauma. This sh't being PTSD and our trauma being whatever it is.
....Our choose, we either make ourselves willing to walk along with it (PTSD)and right through our trauma, or we avoid and choose not to.
I've tried both ways, sadly too often out of necessity, as help simply did not exist then.
The road and journey that has paid off best with numerous rewards (and is still most effective and rewarding) is the tougher of roads.....it's through it.
Again, I want to Welcome you to the forum Nic, and very glad you found us.
