Hey I'm Kim two days ago I was diagnosed with PTSD, a panic disorder and depression. It won't sink in it's like something in me won't accept it. What can I do?

Give it time and be kind to yourself would be my two suggestions - it's only been two days. PTSD can be a difficult mouthful to swallow for some, but for others it's as if their life suddenly makes sense. Either way it's a lot to accept and deal with, so take time to make sure you're ok and that you aren't blaming yourself in any way, shape or form and be aware of the fact that the labels are only labels, you are still you but some of you is easily defined by these labels to people within the healthcare system of your country.
 
Ok thank you it is a lot to take in and I do understand the last couple of years now and why I been the way I have. For a while I've felt lost now in time I can start finding myself and fully be me again. Mum wants her daughter back to how she knows me the one who can smile for real. So I guess I need to take each day as it comes.
