Hi Anthony ... It's Froggie because there is another member who is Froggy. Read your thread about forming support groups - sorry if I get some words mixed up with the french language - eventually I'd like to contact you to get more information, for the meantime, I'm too vulnerable to do this, but it would certainly be a need in this area (Quebec city).

Welcome to the forum Froggie! It is nice to find that there are others who truly understand what you are going thru isn't it? It helps one feel not so alone in this. Take your time and share as you feel comfortable. As you can see already I am sure, you will find lots of support here.

The fact that you are a therapist doesn't make you immune to all the hurt. PTSD seems to isolate many of us, thinking we can do it on our own, truth is, we can't. I am so glad to hear that you are reaching out.
