The 'Bernie won't win' thing frustrates me.
First, because the actual evidence has him running nearly neck-to-neck with Hillary (and with bigger leads than Hillary against any Repub). . .even with a whole lot of people saying they like him most, but aren't going to vote for him 'because he can't win'.
Second, because voting for him in this election, whether he wins or not, puts a large amount of pressure on Dems to actually be serious about improving the country for everyone, not just for their corporate sponsors. Hillary is already distorting her record to appear more Bernie-ish.
Third, this election's political analysts. . .which is where the idea of Bernie having no real chance comes from. . .have been wrong about pretty much everything this election cycle. Trump will fade in a week, no really, this time Trump really will fade, no seriously, Trump is totally toast. Jeb is the man to beat. Rubio will win because he is sexy. Hillary is a shoo-in. etc, etc.
All I'm saying is. . .if you like Bernie the best, vote for him. There is little downside. . .and the upside is that we might get a guy, maybe the only guy, who actually has a long, verifiable career of standing against entrenched power.
