Other Nocturnal seizures.

i weaned myself from one mg to point .25 three times day of klonopin. Yesterday was my full day of jumping and I really didn’t have any symptoms of discomfort. I was happy about the whole thing.

Then I fall asleep around nine and wet the bed I noticed and was acting really strange. I seem to only have seizures when I’m asleep. Now I don’t know if I did but wetting the bed is a big indication I did.

I hate how all these things seem to happen on a weekend when I need to see a doctor.

Can anyone here reassure me until I see a doc that I’ll be ok. I know know one here can predict the future but like I said in my other thread. I’m giving up my addictive lifestyle and this is what is wrought by doing so.

Having no klonopin really just made me unltrasensitive. I mean the last time it took a good ten days of withdrawals before I had the seizure but I also detoxed and they used phenobarbital.

I really don’t desire to abuse my meds anymore. That in itself is a miracle. I don’t know what happened other than I wanted to do the right thing. That I love my second dad and my heart was heavy when I was stealing his hydrocodone.

I went to the sub doctor and out of that little step of faith I believe God saw I was trying to change this giving God the OK to work in my life. Please is there anyone here who has seizures that can tell me what to do?

You need to speak to a medical professional about this @sonicwhite it's not the sort of thing you want to be messing around asking advice from strangers on the web for who may or may not have sufficient knowledge or background to safely advise.

If you can't speak to your prescribing doctor about it then the ER maybe, or are there any medical phone lines you can call in the US for advice?

Since it’s sunday I talked to a nurse. I can’t go to the ER by my stepdad because he has meetings all this week. I can’t go via ambulance because once they discharge me how will I get home from a forty minute drive?

So I reinstated . 25 once a day. And did what the nurse told me to do. Will call my Suboxone doctor tomorrow and ask the nurse if he will be willing to help me wean off of it with a safer benzo or something.

Usually when I do as God asks He opens doors everywhere for me to get help. So I did everything I could on my part. Please just pray or keep me in your thoughts as I try to get off of the beast of a drug. Thanks in advance.

Glad you talked to a nurse. You have to be super careful decreasing meds and you really shouldn't do it on your own, since your doctor will do it at a rate that will lessen seizure risk.
