Good morning,
Does anyone flip out when they cannot find something. I flipped out today on my wife I could not find my next VA appt with shrink or her telephone number. I got so upset and then I got a trigger.

Yes, all the time. I think it's because the beast is just under the surface. If something upsets me it takes over and makes me flip out.

Given my anxiety and all that, it happens all the time. I can't handle someone coming into my home and f*cking with my precious order but he's hot so I get over it eventually.
