Anyone ever had any experience with Paroxetine? I went past my doctor this morning and was prescribed some. She also signed me off work again.

I hate being off work, despite what people say, I see it as a sign of weakness, I see it as I am incapable of being a man. It always makes me feel guilty for being off work.

I hate being off work too. It can really affect my sense of self, and I battle that from time to time. It's does not need to be something you feel guilt over. It takes a strong and capable person to ask for help. You are taking care of you, investing in your recovery and healing, which will hopefully help you be an ever better employee in the long run.

Reframe the being off work as ' I am doing what it takes to be the man I want to be'. And what you are doing now... IS work....
