@Glenn R. thank you so much for sharing that information! I'll look up Kripalu and learn more about it, sounds very interesting. I was forbidden from yoga for many years as I have Ehlers Danlos and hypermobility. Every limb dislocates and my range of flexibility is freak levels. lol. ;) I've been in my wheelchair for years now though, and yoga helps me stay centered and calm in my heart, mind, and body so I started doing it again and have the support of my new doctor. I just don't do standing poses as they are very unsafe for me.
