Odd feeling

Fix it? Yea. Bout that.

Ask it why it's there. Seriously. Get yourself grounded and ask . What do you want me to know. Might get an answer...Might not.

If you do get something just try to let it "be". Don't fight it, just let body show you. It can be pretty overwhelming so make sure you are in a safe space

If you don't get an answer then it may just be anxiety. Do some deep breathing ...yoga...grounding..etc

If neither of those work then I'm usually stuck with it till it runs its course
 
If it’s totally internal? I’m feeling shakey. >>> This one tends to be an emotional thing for me.

If I’m actually shaking? I’ve got the shakes. >>> Anxiety is running hot, and I’m usually -but not always- on my way to either a full on anxiety attack or full on panic attack. I can exist with just tremors in my hands, or my belly, legs, etc. for a very long time without it escalating to full on spasming awesomeness :wtf: (read days, weeks, constant; or months intermittently through the day). Shakes, shits, & pukes tend to like to pal around together, so if I’ve got one? The other two usually make an appearance sooner or later. >>> Grounding, blowing off steam/exercise, distraction + self care (food, sleep, stress levels, etc.) = help sorting it out.... unless it’s in reaction to something (like fallout from being overly social, pushing myself too hard, etc.) in which case the best remedy I’ve found is rest/sleep & isolation to balance out & recharge.
