I bought some cool gifts. I love the buying presents stuff. Seeing the fam? Not so much.

My nephew is forever three no matter his chronological age so it's fun to get him toys.

Well, I am poor, but I have a lot of books and things that I like to give to folks. I don't have a long list of folks to give gifts to though, because I am a childless widow, my parents are gone and my sister lives 600 miles from here or so. (We are not close). I have a friend I plan to give a gift to, and I already bought (and sent) my Kris Kringle gift for my person who is not supposed to know who I am here, so....

Sheila, the best presents I have ever gotten for Christmas cost nothing! Just the thought someone was thinking about me gave me the warm and fuzzies! Your friend will be happy you thought of them durning this time!

My favorite thing about Christmas is watching my son tear open presents he thinks came from Santa! Probably the last year I will get the Santa factor so I will enjoy! I love giving gifts if even small things that are thoughtful!

I love those little mini-books that fit in the palm of my hand. I gave one as a birthday present recently, one full of little quotes. She LOVED it! So I guess it is great to give what you love too, as if it makes you happy, it makes someone else happy most likely too.

OH. MY. GOD!

I can't wait until after Halloween when the major decorating starts in stores. I LOVE Christmas!! I have dozens of Christmas CDs and most of my DVDs are holiday DVDs. I make myself a promise to not watch/listen to them until after Halloween. That gives me enough time to get through them all but not so early as to get burned out on Christmas.

I enter a lot of sweepstakes. Let's just say everyone I know is going to have a NICE Christmas. ;)

Christmas stuff is out in Australia. Got to get in early or miss out. Hate the shopping madness and people everywhere, sorry too much for me to handle. My daughter handles anything we need to shop for, she is my Christmas elf. Kid ' s are organising it too but they are having it at home with us. Might be an after Christmas Day thing as son might not have Christmas Day off yet. We will just have a late one. Lol. I look forward to the Christmas lights though.
