I started doing it on a website/link that got posted under the talk - about a week ago - but my ADD kicked in and then... I forgot. even with the email reminders. Also, the exercise and meditation thing are hard for me. But I'm game...
Honestly, I am the most anti- addictive personality ever. I realized three weeks ago that I had forgotten to take my vitamins for like five days. A long established habit... and I just forget, and don't notice (until my 6 year old daughter says, "aren't you going to take your vitamins too mommy?":confused:)
