Casey, I know we don't know each other, and I've commented a couple of times...I have been so concerned for you though. So I hope you don't mind...I know money is a concern for you. But, it might be worth the money to just talk to a doctor, a regular old general practitioner.. Do you know anyone around you who likes their doctor? Just make one visit, just to talk about your worries. MAYBE he or she would write that note you need at the embassy? I think you said....MAYBE you could get a prescription to slow labor, even if you only use it during the time you travel. It might be someone who will take you seriously and listen to your worries. Kind of like, hint that you're not crazy about who you've been seeing. Of course, if you do get a prescription talk to the pharmacist about side effects. Perhaps none of this is possible, it is just an idea.
If at all possible try to travel with your legs/feet elevated and wear support stockings to help support your veins, not too tight tho. Walk around from time to time, every half an hour or so. Deep breaths if you can to help with anxiety. Lean on your faith, meditation, write as much as you need to if it helps at ALL.
