I don't live in that part of the world so just looked as was curious. Not to worry as I was never going to complete it! ;) Stopped when I got to the scary questions.

Hi maddog! We limited the inclusion to Canada and the US for a couple of reasons. Our 24 hour crisis resource list is only comprehensive for Canada and the US, and we didn't want people taking the survey without a way to provide support. Also, there were data sampling and statistical concerns about having too heterogeneous a sample.
