Password Security Upgrade

I have made some changes to password security requirements, which will check your passwords security and whether they have been compromised and contained within global lists. If you get a notification here that your password is compromised, it will force you to make changes along with two factor requirements to your listed email. This helps ensure if any account is ever compromised, an account can't be hijacked without also them having your email account access.
