The perverseness of bad weather.

Where I live? It’s only sunny when I’m sad. Or about to lose a bad-weather bet with my brother (we have a bottle of good scotch on the line, whenever he’s living in the North, or Scotland. I USUALLY “win”. HULLO the Macallen. But he HAS won, twice. In 14 years. Fawking miserable weather, hereabouts. From Halloween to the 4th of July. Intermittently after that. Unless I’m hip deep in sorrow. Which almost guarantees sunshine. IDFK why. Except? The perverseness of bad weather.

It’s never storming, when it should be. Instead? The gentlest of rose colored dawns, and misty sunrises, and blue skyed days.

TAKE those sonsofbitches when kissed your way.

Thanks @Rose White Maybe it's too warm for them? That place we used to go has a few different types of birds there. There were ducks, geese, pigeons and gulls. There were over 20 swans last time we went They came right up to us The geese were the same, really inquisitive. I think people must feed them but we didn't.
