He's magnificent :) Must admit I had to google a few animals to figure out what he is, (we don't get these in the UK) he's a moose?

Warm water and cold air creates some amazing mist.

This was a rare treat. Momma deer will leave their young in a safe spot while they go feed. Many times for hours and hours. I had been watching mom and her fawn when I noticed mom leave by herself. So I went looking and here’s what I found. A telephoto lens allowed me to get this nice shot without getting to close.

Orca jumps out of ice cream cone.

This shot was taken pre-trauma days and i found it in old folder. The mural is no longer there as the building has been developed. Beautiful mural and happy times creating shots?

A dead huhu beetle I came across on the pavement.

Huhu beetles are endemic to NZ, and grow from huhu grubs.
Some people eat the grubs -- either raw or cooked, which are said to taste like peanut butter (@Freida maybe that was why your colleague didn't like PB :laugh: ).
I have never tried one to be able to vouch for this :sneaky: .

We also have lollies (candy) that you can buy at a dairy (corner store) that Link Removed.
