Physically ill from stress?

Stomach issues (my bad, didn't follow thru the referal after the endoscopy but the pills help), IBS, my skin breaks out (awesome). Fairly constant muscle issues in the neck and shoulders = fairly regular tension headaches. Every now and again the stress levels hit Jackpot and I get a migraine which shuts me down completely for 2-3 days...Then we start over again - Hooray!

As a child I had terrible problems with the skin on my scalp. My parents used to rub in some type of oil and I had to use a special shampoo. I used to pick and scratch and make myself bleed. It was always at its worse at times of stress, especially just before going into hospital and whilst I was in there. I still get it now, although not as bad and I have found a shampoo that seems to help.

I often get chest pains and dizziness when I am very stressed. And I suffer from Levator Ani syndrome which has been linked to stress, depression and anxiety although I don't think mine is only triggered by stress. It is one of the most challenging pains I have experienced and at its worst last for up to an hour.

Apparently I do now.
Never did before.

Recently I temporarily went blind, repeatedly reoccurring.

Then I had some kind of bizarre reaction to god only knows what stress, and lost sensation in my chest, shoulders, neck and arm.
Still waiting on that to return.

My words randomly start coming out backward, and I keep fainting for no reason.

Then there's the pins and needles in my brain.

Spent some time in hospital getting everything checked, all my bits are where they should be and working good.

So... The only options left are REALLY BAD anxiety, that has begun manifesting physically.

Or. I have MS.
MRI scans this week.
So pretty soon I will know if I'm dead set insane, or.. Well. Sick?

A psychiatrist I went to before a few times mentioned this sort of stuff.

Psychisomatic connection of symptoms.

Basically, when under stress, my body doesn't function well.

I'm assuming that has a lot to do with the sympathethic and the para-sympathetic systems in us. As the sympathetic one activates under stress and if we are often stressed, such as the case of a PTSD sufferer, it's often making trouble. It's meant to be only in necessary fight or flight situations. We are f*cked over that way. THus, I get diarrhea a lot when stressed, which is often, and similar

I get exhausted, dizzy, nausea, muscle pains, muscle twitches, tension headaches, pain in ears, tinnitus, upset stomach, I've lost the feeling in parts of my body (some come and go, some places been numb for years), poor regulation of temperature, distorted sight. Among other things.

Lately I've been having a lot of what I believe are somatization as my Psychiatrist suggests...at least for the vision loss.
I kinda fear thinking too deeply or long about my stuff. Lately I have suffered, migraine, vomiting, stomach unease, diarrhea and I stuttered a couple times while speaking.

(embarrassing and probably TMI) When using the restroom while vomiting and having diarrhea I passed out for I believe just a few min. An I mean body slumped, head against the wall passed-out. It's getting scary for me, maybe I need to slow my roll.

I mean I'm either making connections to symptoms unrelated to PTSD or this somatization is running far deeper than I realize.
