Winterose, Anger depending on how we process can be very beneficial. To me I feel when working through a situation and anger starts to surface, it is a sense that I am gaining.

Being angry at ourself for things that we had no power over is of no benefit. From what you have written you were invalidated. Past programming tries to control.

I know it helps me to take each situation and break it down into the parts of events. We're you really the cause? Is there new awareness to events? When I do this I usually have remembered additional facts.

If you have a therapist it may help to have them involved. There are healthy ways to let it out. Carrying it around keeps it cycling.

I believe in taking the positive of life! No one said it is easy but just like the home grown vegetables of the desert a rose blossomed.

Sheila: I spent my summers in Cherokee, NC. Sounds like nature moves your soul too.

Whitney: I do have a therapist we are working on this right now. What I was trying to say was I progressed some when I was in the desert. All the things I learned fell apart when I left. I've had eight sessions so far, so we touched on this. The anger towards myself was how I ended up falling apart and letting good lessons go.

For some reason, when my fear is triggered, and my little are affected where they seem to control my emotions, I tend to forget everything I've learned over the years. So I can sure understand how you feel. When you therapist gives you tools for that, be sure to share them. lol. I can use some good advice.
