I have been diagnosed with PTSD for 2 years now and want to write a pamphlet on PTSD and coping strategies to help others who are new to the diagnosis.

I'd be grateful for any information and I have put together a 10 question survey to give some guidance. It will literally take a couple of mins to fill out.

I am curious to know where and who you will be giving the pamphlet too? You didn't say anything about being a professional so I am curious to know where the information is going?

Hi, I write a blog about my ptsd and would like to be able to put something on there as I get a lot of people coming to it after searching for things like ptsd help and how to deal with flashbacks etc.

I am not a professional and have no desire to be one :)
