Ptsd-panic attack-age regression

So the other day I got really stressed and I have a serious problem now. I had a bad panic attack that left me in an age regression state of mind. I think mentally right now I'm about 3. I dont know what to do. How do I get back to normal?
 
Can you remind yourself of how old you are and take yourself back through your ages reminding yourself of key (safe) events till you are at the age you are now. Can you do some grounding and remind yourself of where you are, items around you that you didn't have when you were a child, things you can do now. Visual items like photographs of people in your life as an adult. Take care.
