Hi everyone, god this is hard for me, as I'm new to all this.

Came across this site by accident, but its exactly what I'm looking for. I'm 41 an ex squaddie and I've just been diagnosed with ptsd.

I would like to pick a few brains if anyone is interested. I saw a post by a guy called Anthony which I would like to talk about.

PTSD is a long journey that does end it is not all one long dark tunnel,as the saying goes"There is light at the end of the tunnel" the thing with this is the tunnel is it is different lengths for all of us,but knowing there is a light to reach helps,hope you find this forum helpful.
