It is as simple as it sounds @shatter eyes , you give yourself permission... get quite , find a comfortable place you like to be.... and say to yourself, out loud... ' I give myself permission to breathe and deep sigh'.... and then do it... do some deep breathing for a minute or two, then deep sigh... you can do it as many times a day as you are comfortable with.... it might not feel comfortable at first... we tend to not give our self permission to do healing things that makes us feel better... but just like the rest of this journey, we practice.... . It is very soothing. And it's own means of self care... and a good place to start, if you are like me and find it difficult to remember to do self care... you are in control of this... and no one has to know... not because it's a 'secret', but because it's private... there is a big difference.... and as you start to feel some healthy release from it... then you can share with others when they ask how to do self care, that you tried this and worked.... with practice...

Sending you gentle hugs if you accept.... and asking the Universe to give you what ever you need to start being kinder to your self.
