Sorry can't relate to the crying thingy. I relate to the anger and RAGE a lot thou. I fly into rages that can last for about 4 days now. Its getting worse. I'm glad you younger vets are treated better now. But its a case of to little to late for me I guess. As the years go by you pick up on the little things that show just how much the country cares for its vets. Like when Carter allowed the draftees from Canada to come back home. That was a good one. A lot of my drafted buddies ended up in body bags and sent home honoring their goddamn draft cards. That was a serious slap in the face to ALL draftees. No protesting there was there. Or recently when the Supreme Court made it legal to protest a soldier at his grave site. Can’t get any lower than that. No protest there was there. Or how bout the f*cked up excuses the VA was been using ever since Nam as I recall. Every chance I can get I let the VA know that if we had fought our battles with the same efficiency that the VA uses we ALL would be eating rice and fishheads for dinner and spending Marks on payday. Nope the issues mentioned above are the type I use to tell me weather or not America supports its troops. How doe's America act when the chips are down. In my opinion not worth a shit. Sorry to ramble. All I have is my dog to complain about. And the only thing she does that pisses me off is to FART.......and leave me there to suffer. LOL

Hey Hiwayman

Things have sure changed a lot since those days and of course not for the better. The people that serve are still the best of the best though.

As far as anger and rage, yeah, I'm still there too even after so many years. I've gotten better of late as I'm working on it more. It does take some work. Being mad all the times just sucks. Can't live in the past Bro, gotta' move on and go for the best that you can get out of life now. Time is always short.
