Saw my rapist last night

So last night I saw my rapist out and about. I hadn’t seen him in a few years and it sent me into a downward spiral. My partner was less than supportive (apparently NBD since I don’t know if he saw me or not) and I’m really struggling. I feel so isolated and alone right now.

I am sorry you are going through this, I can't imagine encountering any of my rapists when I am out and about or for that matter encountering them at all. I don't have any advice as I haven't dealt with this but I wanted you to know I support you.

OMG that is so hard! So sorry that your supporter did not give the support that you needed. I now live in a different country than my attacker, but I lived in the same country 9 months post and saw him a couple of times...i get how disturbing it is. Take sweet care of yourself!
