Scared to make a diary

Sounds like you're making good choices for yerself :)
I've been having trouble with my therapy lately as my T has had to take on a bigger role professionally and my session have been minamalistic at best, genaral check in, and emdr has ground to halt and am faced with switching clinicians, although I know the new person and have worked with them before and trust them, I really like the person I've been working with and we're so far in I find it kinda disturbing, I've stopped going to my morning meditation and grounding followed by knowledge based, kinda like a smart program but a bit deeper, early recovery progam as been finding hard to be around group energy again, so I've been hanging out around here and find it immensely helpful. ?
