Scream.

I just had a waking nightmare where I screamed. I couldn't sleep, so I made up a dream thinking maybe it would help me sleep. When someone in the dream died, I screamed. But I have not screamed recently otherwise, though awhile back I had a screaming half hour or so, I just screamed and screamed....
