Go buy yourself an iPod, and put some music on it that you like. Put the headphones on, sit down in a chair alone someplace, and crank it up. Just let yourself go. Music is very powerful. I saw an interview with one of my favorite bands. They said that one of the things that keeps them going as musicians, is the letters they get from fans...some of which were from people who were suicidal, and said that they sat there with gun in hand ready to end it all, and that their music uplifted them and was the only thing that turned it around for them.
