What makes something an existing listing and why won't existing listings be included? Thanks.

Existing listing means it is already in the Self Help section. Go to Self Help from the tab at the top right of the page and have a look, the PTSD Cup was already there for example.

I don't see the self-help factor in that, as that is very individualistic.
