Hi Matt,

I really hate to see you go but respect whatever decision you feel you need to make. I think that serving as a medic is an incredibly tough part of the military and you probably had to see more of the worst than some. While I'm not sure of the training you received, I imagine that it was as all-consuming as what I've been reading about and what you are feeling is just as valid. Thank you for your service.

I'll miss your thoughts and input here and hope that you'll pop back in when you need us or just to say hello. Please don't stop fighting PTSD, however it rears its ugly head. You are beautiful and worthy of happiness. Stay strong and stay safe.
