This is a shout-out to everyone on this forum who has PTSD, or supports someone who does (Yep, that's pretty much everyone here!).
Every time I visit this forum, and read your stories, I am touch and inspired, and often moved to tears by your bravery, your courage, your compassion, your commitment to getting better, or to supporting others on their journey to recovery.
You are all incredible, amazing, wonderful people. Many of you have helped and supported me personally over the past 18 months, and although my own journey in supporting a loved one with PTSD is now, regrettably, at an end, I want you to know that I still appreciate your advice and friendship, more than I can express.
Thank you again. Remember to be kind to yourselves, and your loved ones – let them know how much they mean to you, every day.
All my best.
