Shut down vs Melt down

For me, because my FFFF response is freeze - sort of one and the same. It just stops. I want to hide. I just don't function I have a few days that are pretty blank. I don't stop doing things like eating etc, I just can't remember what I had for dinner last night.....or lunch, did I shower? What day is today?
