Similarities With Infant Night Terrors?

Hello -- I was wondering if anyone knew if there were similarities between PTSD night terrors and the sort that babies/infants can go through? If so, there is a product called the Lully Sleep Guardian to help infants and I'm curious if it would also work for adults.
