I was wondering if anyone had sought help re: secondary PTSD.

Only I think some of my own perceptions of things might be slipping and tipping.

After this year it would not suprise me at all .

Gp mentioned it fleetingly,still waiting on some long ago promised counselling....

Need to start pushing stuff for me as well as hubs,thats if I can still find me....

Whats my name again.sure ive got one that doesn't include "wife of" or "mother of" somewhere around here.

You need to look after you to Wife, it can be hard and draining supporting loved ones and can create issues in itself. Do what you need to and push for what you need in order to be well and support your husband the best you can. We don't want you burning out in the process.
