You shouldn't need a screen reader for the web nowadays unless totally blind and its being read to you, not looking at it, because every browser can automatically increase text size from tiny to huge by default.

Windows is CTRL + +/-
Mac is CMD + +/-

Increase / decrease. You use CTRL + 0 or CMD + 0 to reset the browser font size. You can just keep incrementing it until maximum.

It is still here, just turned off at present to work out some issues with it.
