Cleaned today

I ate food and had a shower. Feeling good now.

I did the big thing I was supposed to do today.
Don't mean to sound like a hitwoman. Just don't want to bring it up again. But I did it!

Not jumping to conclusions the other day. Analyzing a thought and dismissed it for lack of evidence. Only went on what I had evidence of.

I felt distrusting but sat with it rather than acted on it.

Did not regress to using the counting compulsion at the grocery store.

Decided it's Lent , after all- though applies to any day- therefore (pardon my language), "P*ss on it", it's more important to ba a kind(er) person, no matter what I feel like internally.

stopped a big panic attack without medication ...

contacted my local church and asked for prayer while I was having a terrible fight against stress feeling like it would kill me

They are made from a general pickling spice mix from the local flea market. I added fresh garlic and I'm just glad they came out crunchy!

@Defaultxlove I made pickles yesterday . I steam beets then put them in brine left over from pickles I bought and add onions, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn etc. I like the brine from the spicy giardiniera.

My great victory is I ate breakfast.
