Finished hormone therapy without losing my mind.

I ate food. Chicken tikka-masala. Didn't eat much yesterday so that's a win!

Visiting my newborn nephew at the hospital today. And despite the anticipatory anxiety, I'm doing quite okay. Even using my calming tools whenever I can. :)

Went out for lunch with mum. Was a bit stressed about something but had a nice time and kept my cool .
